Pathways Social Club

Pathways offer a spectrum of innovative support services to vulnerable adults with a range of needs.  Pathways Social Club takes place every Thursday between 10am and 3pm at Fratton Community Centre. Examples of activities happening at this group each week range of the following: raffles, bingo, themed craft days and sing-a-longs.
